Monthly Meetings

The Senior Class will meet monthly to facilitate plans for the ceremony. Each meeting will be very important, and as such, the student and/or one parent should be in attendance at each meeting. If you are unable to attend, it will be the responsibility of the parent to check the website, email and the BAND group for important information and updates. Come join us, and invite your friends!

Meetings will be held from 7:00pm-8:00pm on the following dates:

September 9 – T-Shirt Vote (must be present to vote)
October 21 – Jostens/T-Shirt Order Deadline/Class Verse Vote/Class Colors, Announcements, and Design Vote (must be present to vote)
November 18 – Early Bird deadline/Price increase to $250
(No December Meeting)
January 10 – Full Payment Deadline/Registration Closed
February 17 – Speech Deadline
March 17 – Military Tribute Deadline/Cap And Gowns Delivered/Juniors At Meeting
April 21 – Yearbook Photos Deadline
May 16 – Graduation Rehearsal. Time TBD
May 17 – Graduation 12pm arrival/Class Pictures/ 2-4pm Ceremony

There will also be a MANDATORY rehearsal at the graduation venue during the week before the ceremony. The student and at least one parent must attend rehearsal in order to be eligible to walk with the graduating class. No exceptions will be made.
